Barsion OÜ, registered at Narva mnt 5, Tallinn 10117, Harju County, Estonia, is the controller of the personal data described here. That means we decide why and how it is used, and we are the ones you can hold to account for it.
Only what you type into the contact form on this site: your name, your email address, and optionally your phone number, company name, the topic you choose, and the message itself. We also record which language version of the site you used, so we answer you in the right one.
We do not use cookies for advertising, we do not run third-party tracking scripts, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
When you send us an enquiry, we process your details in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering people who contact our business. Both grounds come from Article 6 of the GDPR. You are never required to send us anything.
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. If we do end up working together, the correspondence becomes part of the client record and is kept for as long as Estonian accounting and contract law requires.
The contact form is delivered by a form-processing service that passes your message to our inbox, and our email is hosted by a mail provider. Both act only on our instructions and are bound by data processing agreements. Your data stays within the European Economic Area. We never sell it and we never pass it to anyone for marketing.
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
Write to us and we will answer within one month. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
